SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
*Please do not require signature for delivery of package.
*It is recommended to add tracking to your package.
*If you are having more than one piece of jewelry made and mailing multiple inclusions, please label the bags to indicate which piece of jewelry it is for. 

Breastmilk:
Place at least 1oz of breastmilk in a breastmilk storage bag, then into a ziploc bag to protect from any leaks. On the ziploc bag write your full name and order number. Place ziploc bag into a padded/bubble mailer.

  • Please do not send your last drop of breastmilk incase your package gets lost in the mail.
  • Any breastmilk works - fresh or old/expired
  • The breastmilk does not need to be frozen
  • You do not need to expedite shipping, within the United States it should cost around $6 to mail your inclusions.
  • I am not responsible for any packages lost in the mail. If lost you are more than welcome to send again.
  • I keep your leftover breastmilk powder if you want additional pieces in the future. Leftover liquid breastmilk will be thrown away, not sent back to you.

Other Inclusions:
-Ashes: 1tsp double bagged
-Flowers: 2-3 pedals in a ziploc bag
-Umbilical cord: I need the dark red part that was attached directly to the belly button. 
-Hair: lock of hair folded into tinfoil and placed inside a ziploc bag 

  • If there are any remaining ashes, flowers, umbilical cord or hair it will be mailed back to you.
  • Please do not send the last of any inclusion in case it gets lost in the mail. 
  • I am not responsible for any packages lost in the mail. If lost you are more than welcome to send again.

Local drop off/pick up - if you live in or around Newton, MA and would like to drop off your inclusion(s) and pick up your finished piece(s) please email me to set that up!
